After you place your order, you will receive an automated email with full instruction on what we need from you to get your awesome website set up!
Do I get to choose what my website looks like?
Yes. We offer many templates and options to choose from. Don’t see what you like, just give us a call and we will show you literally hundreds of choices!
We are also able to completely customize a website for you if you choose. If you are interested in a completely custom website, please contact us for a custom quote.
I had a website built for me already, can you use that one? Make it better?
Yes. Depending upon what you want to do with your old site we can assist. Many clients have a site with no one to manage it for them; we can do that for you. We will take your existing content and transfer it to a new design, or we can work with your existing website. Please contact us for pricing.
I really like my current logo, can I still use it?
Yes. Send us your logo and we will incorporate it into your site for you.
What if for some crazy reason I want to move my website somewhere else?
As it states all over our website, you are not under contract to stay with our program. In order for you to take your website to another provider we will need to copy the files, source code and images and prepare them for you to be moved. We would recommend having your new tech/IT department contact us via email on your behalf, as it could get a little technical. There is a fee to move your site, based on the size of your site and the elements involved with the move.
Once you design my new site, what do I do to make changes or add content?
Your monthly fee of $19.99 will cover most content additions and minor image adjustments. For larger edit click on this link to see a schedule of fees and cost to enhance your website.
Oops, I pressed something I shouldn’t have, the site is offline, the content is gone, I uninstalled something by accident, it not working! Can you Help Me ??
Ok, you got curious, you clicked a button you shouldn’t have! No problem, we offer a “get out of jail free card”! One time only we will restore your website back! The second time we charge a re-set up fee of $75, plus the cost of any customized programming that you have previously purchased ! Remember, you can always hire us to do the work that needs to be done, if you want to.
What about the images and logos that will be used on my website?
Many of our website templates will include a sliding image feature that you can replace the images with your own. If you don’t have images available, we can direct you to a great place to purchase low cost, hi-res image. Click below!
We operate under the premise, assumption that any images provided by you are owned by you, your company or affiliated partners.
Where is the catch? You must have a hidden agenda?
There is no catch. If you are happy with your website that we build for you we of course hope you refer us to 100’s of your friends so we can help them the same way. Also, when you are ready to advance your website and make bigger changes, additions and really start marketing your website online, we offer those services as well. That’s all, no secrets or tricks.
How do I know if my type of business will benefit from having a website?
EVERY industry, business, company will benefit from having a website. These days, people want to know more about you and your business. They go online and try and find you. If they don’t, they will start looking at your competitors. You WILL benefit from having a website and adding it to your marketing materials.
Do I need to supply the content for the website?
Yes. You can send us the content for each page as outlined. You know your business and company mission better than anyone, so it makes best sense for you to write about it. If you are not a writer, we do have professional writers available that we can hire and assign your content writing to. Please contact us to discuss pricing for professional content writing.
What are my total costs to get started?
We charge $74.99 onetime flat rate to get started. Once your website live on the internet we will charge your credit card on file $19.99 per month. There are no contracts.
How long have you been building websites?
We have been building websites since 2003, and been marketing online since 2000.
Where will my website be hosted?
We got it covered, no additional cost!
Where are your offices?
We are located in South Florida, and we work with clients from all over the world.
Where is your customer service handled?
South Florida. You will always be in touch with someone here at our corporate offices for all of your customer service questions.
How fast can my new website be up online?
A lot of that depends on you! We will process your order and get your site live on the internet. Typically we will get your site up in about a week or so, if you need it faster – let us know and we will try our best to accommodate!
After my site is launched, do I get support?
Yes. That is what your monthly fee of $19.99 is for. Need a small content revision or image changed? Need to add an email address? All included. Some major thing will require additional cost, outlined in this page click here .
Will I be able to easily update my site?
Yes. Unless otherwise ordered, your website will be a WordPress site. It will allow you to go in and make changes. If you choose to do some of the work yourself, you can edit all the basic information in your site like text and images. If you would prefer to have us do it all for you, as most small business owners would, no problem!

We offer a monthly fee service to allow you to get up online where you need to be, to be successful.
What if I also need a logo for my new website?
Our professional graphic designers can create a custom logo for your business and website. We always suggest you send us some logo’s you like so we can get a jump start on the type of logo to create for you. If you are interested in having us build your logo, just let us know! We charge $99 for a logo design.
OK, so I will have a new website, but can you help me get found on the search engines?
We will create your website so that the search engines will index your pages. But to really be found on Google and the others you need Search Engine Optimization SEO. We offer this service and can discuss with you in further details if you would like. It is never too early to start your SEO campaign and win business away from your competitors.
Do we get to approve the website?
